Snowy is such a sweet cat. He goes from bed to bed tucking the kids in with me, and snuggling them during bedtime stories. He keeps their feet warm all night long. I hope the kids have fond memories of his snuggles as they get older, as I do with my childhood kitty, Tidbit.Last fall they had Bring Your Pet Day for Kindergarten, held in the school parking lot. There were lots of dogs and 1 betta fish, but Snowy was the only cat! (I guess other people don't think that taking a cat to school on a leash is logical?) Since Snowy is deaf, he didn't mind the dogs' barking, and he even pranced around to taunt them. When the Kindergarteners came to view and pet, they were interested in the dogs, but when they got to Snowy....they all had their arms around him! Katie's entire class could barely be pulled away to go back into the school when it was over. Months later, when I am up at school, kids stop me in the hallway to say "You're Snowy's Mom! We love Snowy!" It is so cute!
